The team are flexible in our hours of operation as some of our services may require us to work at various times of the day or night.

We have a dedicated and specialist team that Director Steve has built over the past ten years. Some our team have been working with Steve for over twenty years, which are now the solid foundations of our growing business.
Director and Surveyor Steve
Steve has been in the industry for some forty + years. He is keen to share his knowledge and expertise with his team so that their understanding of the business shows in their upstanding results of our work.
Steve is patient, meticulous and empathetic.
Supervisor Ted
Ted has worked with Steve for over twenty years and his wealth and understanding of the industry are mirrored within his work.
Ted is loyal, hardworking & has a great sense of humour.
Supervisor Joe
Jo has been a valued member of ICS for over eight years and his experience and passion for the job is evident in his work.
Jo is detail-oriented, considerate and his a ‘can do’ attitude shines through.
Office Admin and Surveyor Felicity
Felicity joined the team in 2021. She works mainly in the office running the day-to-day schedules but has recently started to take on surveys with our local authority work.
Felicity is helpful, thorough, and is great with people.
Martyn
Martyn is the newest member of staff at Innovation Cleaning Solutions. With his laid-back approach and his reliable character, Martyn has been a great addition to the team.
